The position includes on-site responsibilities Monday through Friday, with on-call duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field preferred.
• Licensure requirements or eligibility as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate program activities per agency standards.
• Ensure compliance with licensing bodies and reporting requirements.
• Develop and manage program budgets and staffing; supervise staff.
• Coordinate client services and track program outcomes.
• Prepare timely reports and documentation.
