Job summary

The Director collaborates with the Clinical Manager, attends PQI and departmental meetings, and ensures compliance with CARF/DMH standards while guiding program improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in a Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation program at FCC Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program and provide coverage when needed.
• Develop and implement the annual plan with input from staff and present to leadership.
• Meet regularly with the Clinical Manager to address treatment access, efficiency, and experience.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to the Clinical Officer and leadership.
• Ensure staff attend and report outcomes from committee meetings; share updates with the team.
• Review monthly financial reports and discuss profitability improvements with clinic leadership.
