Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of behavioral health and community-based programs. You will drive service excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and outcomes.

You will oversee program operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and partnerships with referral sources and community organizations. Travel throughout assigned service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Two years of healthcare system experience or five years in behavioral healthcare.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, performance, and compliance of programs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to reach goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement and new funding.
• Assist with grant management and ensure timely invoicing.
• Review financial performance and ensure variance reporting and actions.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach and retain staff.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community orgs.
• Travel throughout assigned service areas as needed.
