Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience in a healthcare system or five years of behavioral healthcare experience required.
• Behavioral healthcare experience in a similar role preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, performance, and compliance of assigned programs and service areas.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities for program growth and new funding sources.
• Assist with grant management and invoicing.
• Review financial performance and report variances.
