Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time Program Director in Mentor, Ohio to lead and grow the LifeWise program within the community. You will build partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members, coordinate fundraising, and lead a team to ensure safe, engaging classes during school hours.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, mission-driven leadership, and coordinating community outreach while maintaining administrative tasks and budgeting support.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• A heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead local fundraising efforts and donor communication and stewardship.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling and basic administrative tasks and budgeting coordination.
