Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or AAT/AS/AAS in discipline or related field; trade school accepted.
• Minimum two years beyond residential construction education.
• Experience teaching college-level courses in a two-year college or technical college.

Responsibilities

• Teach Residential Construction courses as assigned, 15 credit hours per quarter.
• Teach primarily face-to-face and hybrid classes on campus to promote retention.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and course outlines; participate in program reviews.
• Assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.
• Coordinate department activities, schedules and budget requests.
