Employment Terms : This job is a part-time, non-benefited , FLSA Exempt/Professional position in the Engineering Construction Manufacturing and Design D i vision that reports to the Program Directo r - Carpentry and Residential Construction Management .
Minimum Requirements (Job Code 10317):
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR Associate ’s degree in discipline plus at least two years related work experience. Two (2) years related work experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Postsecondary teaching experience.

Prepares and delivers lecture and/or computer lab course material Follows prepared lesson plans for classroom instruction for technical core courses. Evaluates students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives. Prepares and maintains all required documentation and administrative reports. Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior. Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately. Assists with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts.
