Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise Caregivers, facilitate ISP implementation, and help individuals with daily activities, meals, and personal care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish rapport.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly helping others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and related admin duties.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers.
• Support individuals with daily activities, meals, medication, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional or program activities and supervision.
• Arrange community outings or transportation to work/activities.
