Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services industry preferred.
  • Licensure and/or certifications as required by state regulations (e.g., Medication Management Certificate, Mandatory Reporter Certificate).
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and ability to drive for work as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee direct supports, planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance for designated programs.
  • Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure budgetary compliance, billing accuracy, and utilization management.
  • Foster stakeholder relations and maintain program records and rights protections.
