Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted.
  • Other education and experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, retention, training, scheduling, and record keeping for staff.
  • Design and monitor staff schedules to ensure shifts are covered and overtime minimized.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Manage program planning, records audits, and compliance.
  • Ensure health care delivery and medication administration adherence.
  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and billing for the program.
  • Maintain facilities and vehicle safety.
