Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a full-time exempt Program Director to oversee designated programs and their operations. This leadership role drives direct supports, health care coordination, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relations.

The Program Director will supervise Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors, manage budgeting and staffing, and ensure quality service delivery across all shifts within our community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years of related experience in the human services industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Other education/experience as required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff scheduling, meetings, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Ensure licensing compliance, accurate documentation, and program records.
