Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and building maintenance.
• Recruitment and hiring coordination with Talent Acquisition and Area Director.
• Design and monitor staff schedules, ensure coverage, and manage overtime.
• Conduct staff evaluations and implement coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure licensing compliance, program documentation accuracy, and safety for individuals served.
