Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative program operations.
• Manage intake, referral, and admissions workflows.
• Track referrals, missing docs, eligibility, and admissions.
• Coordinate handoff to clinical leadership.
• Monitor census, referral volume, and intake conversion.
• Oversee marketing, outreach, and community relationships.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, schools, and agencies.
• Support program growth and expansion initiatives.
• Supervise intake, front-office, outreach, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Compliance, Billing, HR, and Executive Leadership.
• Prepare operational reports and identify workflow improvements.
• Ensure administrative processes are organized, timely, and compliant.
