Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks a Program Director III to oversee clinical and hybrid programs with an estimated annual budget of approximately $5 million or more and leadership of 40+ staff. The role covers training, implementation, and project management of organizational initiatives, and enhancing delivery of behavioral health services in line with contracts and policy goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, or a related field with active licensure as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist in CA.
• Five (5) or more years of senior-level program leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services.
• At least three (3) years of supervising managers, cross-functional teams, or multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages programmatic, operational and financial aspects of assigned program(s).
• Oversees program facilities and coordinates with Facilities Department.
• Ensures provision of clinical and administrative mental health services adhering to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Provides supervision to unlicensed clinical staff in line with Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements.
