Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience managing substance use disorder treatment programs is preferred.
• Leadership experience overseeing operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment center from admission through ongoing treatment.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative staff and ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage revenue and expenditures within budget.
• Develop staff schedules balancing patient needs and operational efficiency.
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
