Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred
• Experience with EHR systems and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software
• Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 and confidentiality regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment program compliant with laws and regulations
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all residential program staff
• Ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements and provide staffing coverage
• Prepare performance evaluations and timely documentation
• Assist in annual budgeting and expense management within approved budgets
• Provide after-hours program support and coordinate with Clinical Leadership
