Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations (HPAO) seeks a Program Director for the High Point outpatient services in Hyannis, MA. This role leads program operations, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance for an evidence-based treatment program addressing substance use disorders and mental health care.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday day shift. Requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field, strong leadership, and extensive experience with EHR

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Experience with EHR systems and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of HIPAA and CFR Part 2 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment program compliant with laws and accrediting bodies.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements and adequate coverage.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses to stay within limits.
• Provide leadership and participate in management meetings; represent facility externally.
• Ensure client records and confidentiality are maintained per regulations.
