High Point Outpatient Clinic in Hyannis, MA seeks a Program Director to lead a comprehensive behavioral health program, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. You will supervise staff, manage budgeting, and coordinate clinical services across the outpatient program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field, strong administrative and clinical leadership, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must present as courteous and professional.
• Experience with EHR systems and reports.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of HIPAA, CFR Part 2, and confidentiality regulations.
• Certification in the HPAO approved de-escalation program.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive and evidence-based treatment program to comply with all laws and accrediting bodies.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff in the program.
• Ensure staffing meets requirements and manage budget responsibilities.
• Attend management meetings and collaborate with the leadership team; represent the facility in community meetings.
• Ensure documentation meets licensing and accreditation standards and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide direct services to clients as needed, including evaluations and counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning as applicable.
• After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies and other urgent needs.
• Participate in CQI/NIATx projects and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
