High Point & Affiliated Organizations (HPAO) is seeking a Program Director to lead the inpatient program at the Plymouth campus. This role requires managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality care in substance use treatment and mental health services.

The Program Director will oversee budget, staffing, documentation, and clinical activities, while coordinating with external partners and participating in community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must always present as courteous and professional.
• Highly organized with the ability to keep accurate notes and records.
• Experience with EHR systems and reports.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; organize ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and EHR software; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment program compliant with health regulations.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of residential program staff.
• Ensure staffing coverage meets regulatory requirements and budget.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for licensing and accreditation boards.
• Provide after-hours program support for patient clinical needs.
• Lead ongoing CQI/NIATx projects and ensure quality care standards.
