Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in behavioral health setting
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment program compliant with laws and regulations
• Oversee staffing, training, supervision, and evaluation
• Ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements and budgeting
• Collaborate with COO/DON and other leaders on program operations
• Attend management meetings and represent the facility in community settings
