Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and align with COMPASS standards and contracts.
• Design and monitor program schedules, curricula, and enrichment activities.
• Establish a safe, structured environment and recruit/retain staff.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, evaluations, and development.
• Ensure payroll, attendance, and records are accurate and compliant.
• Manage program budgets with fiscal oversight and reporting.
