Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with focus on child development/education.
• 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience.
• Experience in urban school environment or youth development role preferred.
• Knowledge of DOHMH and DYCD regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and connect them to services and programs.
• Monitor Cornerstone programming and initiatives with Program Director.
• Model positive youth development and SEL competencies.
• Coordinate staff meetings and disseminate policies/protocols.
• Evaluate staff performance and facilitate ongoing professional development.
• Collect and analyze data on student outcomes for program improvement.
• Engage families and caregivers to support student education and development.
• Direct staff to establish a common language and program vision.
• Assist with funder/agency reporting.
• Serve as community outreach liaison and Center liaison to stakeholders when needed.
• Co-create a strong sense of community with high expectations.
• Manage data entry across programs and ensure goals and targets are met.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with organizational and funding requirements.
• Maintain office efficiency and inventory; coordinate facilities as needed.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Program Director.
