Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly meetings with supervisors and administrative staff.
  • Establish weekly goals, priorities, assignments, and deadlines for the team.
  • Collect and review weekly reports from supervisors and administrative personnel.
  • Track outstanding tasks and follow up to ensure assignments are completed.
  • Review staff and supervisor performance based on assigned responsibilities and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify recurring operational problems and recommend practical solutions to executive management.
  • Review ISPs on a rotating basis, ensuring services align with each individual's documented needs and goals.
  • Select designated client programs each week for deeper administrative review.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to identify staffing, documentation, scheduling, communication, and service-delivery concerns.
  • Coordinate with administrative personnel to address identified deficiencies.
  • Research community activities and resources benefiting individuals served.
  • Coordinate with staff to implement approved client activities and programs.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking issues from identification through resolution.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document action items.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings when performance or operational concerns arise.
  • Provide executive management with a comprehensive weekly program report.
  • Escalate significant client, staffing, safety, compliance, or operational concerns promptly.
  • Assist management with developing and improving internal systems, policies, workflows, and program procedures.
  • Support company growth initiatives and help develop replicable systems as Akoma expands.
  • Perform other program-management and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Coordinate with administrative personnel to address identified deficiencies
  • Research community activities, recreational opportunities, skill-development programs, and other resources that may benefit individuals served

Weekly Expectations:

  • Beginning of week: Review previous action items, establish priorities, and communicate weekly goals
  • During the week: Monitor assignments, communicate with supervisors, review selected client programs/ISPs, research solutions and opportunities, resolve or escape identified problems
  • Weekly team meeting: Lead the supervisory/program meeting, discuss client and staff concerns, assign corrective actions, establish deadlines, document responsibilities
  • End of week: Collect departmental/supervisor reports, evaluate completion of assigned responsibilities, identify outstanding matters, prepare an executive summary for ownership
