We are seeking a strategic Program Director to lead the delivery of our vision of Connected Work for major brands. In this role, you will help clients optimize their content supply chain by integrating people, processes, and Adobe technology to address high-level challenges and accelerate marketing transformation. You will align teams with organizational strategies, communicate ROI, and build a robust technology stack to support digital transformation.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

As a Program Director at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account strategies to align solutions with client needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
2. Lead Digital Transformation: Drive digital initiatives by leveraging innovative technologies and processes to optimize content supply chains, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
3. Develop Roadmaps: Collaborate with teams and clients to create detailed program roadmaps, outlining objectives, milestones, and resource needs, and adapt plans as priorities evolve.
4. Strategy & Impact: Define and implement strategies to achieve measurable impacts such as cost savings and improved delivery timelines, establishing KPIs and success metrics.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee delivery teams, foster accountability and innovation, and partner with stakeholders to address challenges and align resources.
6. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
7. Client Engagement: Expand client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to refine processes over time.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of program management experience, including SaaS platform implementations; experience with Adobe solutions and GenAI preferred.
• Proven success in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to build strategic partnerships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams (e.g., Workfront, AEM, SaaS integrations).
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and roadmap development skills.

Certifications:

PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront certification a plus.

Travel:

Approximately 10-20% travel required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranges from $165,360 to $217,834, depending on experience and results.
