Job summary

The Youth Project in Greenfield is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to lead daily activities for youth at King City Summer Camp 2026, supervise campers, and build strong relationships with families. This on‑site, hands‑on role requires reliability, flexibility, and a passion for mentoring in a camp setting.

Candidates should have experience with youth, strong communication and teamwork, the ability to work outdoors, and be able to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan clearance and TB tests.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and team skills.
• Comfort working outdoors and on your feet.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete required training.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
• Local to Greenfield / South County preferred.

Program Delivery Specialist — Greenfield

Front-line program staff who lead daily activities, supervise youth, and build relationships with families. Greenfield Union School District.

The Program Delivery Specialist is on the ground every day, leading activities, supervising youth, building relationships with families, and making sure programs run smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on role for someone who shows up early, stays late, and treats every kid like they matter (because they do).

• Experience working with youth (camps, schools, sports, mentoring)
• Strong communication, classroom management, and team skills

• Ability to pass a background check and complete required training
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
• Local to Greenfield / South County preferred

Required before start

• DOJ and FBI Live Scan clearance (CA Ed Code §45125.1)
• TB clearance
• Paraeducator competency (test, 48 college units, AA, or higher)
• First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire
