Job summary

The Youth Project in King City is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist for the King City Summer Camp 2026. You will lead daily activities, supervise youth, and build relationships with families, ensuring programs run smoothly and safely in a hands-on role.

Valued candidates will have experience with youth, strong communication, classroom management, teamwork, and a willingness to work outdoors. A background check and required trainings are mandatory; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and

Front-line program staff who lead daily activities, supervise youth, and build relationships with families. King City Union School District.

The Program Delivery Specialist is on the ground every day, leading activities, supervising youth, building relationships with families, and making sure programs run smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on role for someone who shows up early, stays late, and treats every kid like they matter (because they do).

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with youth (camps, schools, sports, mentoring)
• Strong communication, classroom management, and team skills
• Comfort working outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to pass a background check and complete required training
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
• Local to King City / South County preferred

Required before start

• DOJ and FBI Live Scan clearance (CA Ed Code §45125.1)
• TB clearance
• Paraeducator competency (test, 48 college units, AA, or higher)
• First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire
