Job summary

Lewis James Professional is seeking a Program Delivery Lead for a bank merger within the Integration Management Office (IMO). You will drive hands-on delivery across marketing and communications workstreams, coordinating plans, milestones, risks, and governance to keep a complex merger on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery within the IMO for a bank merger, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, governance, status reporting, and delivery cadence.
• Drive marketing and communications integration workstreams, including brand and identity changes, signage, website and intranet updates, email consolidation, sales tools, collateral, business cards, and customer communications.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Creative, Product, Data, Technology, and Operations teams to move initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Work with Data and Technology teams on communication requirements, distribution lists, and customer outreach.
• Identify and elevate blockers, delivery concerns, risks, issues, and decisions; prepare concise executive-ready updates.
• Partner with project, program, analyst, and governance leaders to maintain alignment across the broader integration program.

Lewis James Professional is seeking a Program Delivery Lead, Merger Integration for a leading financial services client. This consulting role sits within the Integration Management Office (IMO) and will drive hands‑on delivery across marketing and communications workstreams during a bank merger. The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager or Delivery Lead with direct merger or acquisition integration experience, strong cross‑functional coordination skills, and the ability to execute in complex, fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities –

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery within the IMO for a bank merger, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, governance, status reporting, and delivery cadence.
• Drive marketing and communications integration workstreams, including brand and identity changes, signage, website and intranet updates, email consolidation, sales tools, collateral, business cards, and customer communications.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Creative, Product, Data, Technology, and Operations teams to move initiatives from planning through implementation.

Required Qualifications –

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Program Delivery Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar hands‑on delivery role.
• Direct experience with mergers, post‑merger integrations, acquisition integrations, divestitures, or large‑scale enterprise integrations.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Strong program execution skills across plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, reporting, and decision management.
• Experience coordinating complex cross‑functional workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically while personally driving work forward.
• Strong communication skills, including influencing without direct authority and communicating with senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving integration environments.

Preferred Qualifications –

• Experience with customer‑facing bank integration impacts, including brand identity, signage, digital channels, customer communications, product changes, card reissues, and collateral.
