Job summary

Homebridge Inc. is seeking a Program Associate to manage high-volume data entry and client records with meticulous accuracy.

You will work within the Technology team, ensuring data quality across VinCent, referrals, authorizations, and status changes, while supporting SOC 3075 forms and HIPAA-compliant records. The role involves cross-team collaboration, data cleanup, and preparing data for compliance and partner reports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• One or more years of data entry, records processing, or administrative work.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry into VinCent and other systems.
• Set up new clients, maintain profiles and referrals.
• Check records for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile data across systems and source documents.
• Monitor Zendesk queue for SOC 3075 requests and process within 24 hours.
• Maintain organized, confidential SOC 3075 records per HIPAA rules.
• Support reporting for compliance and partner purposes.
• Collaborate with Community Care team to ensure accurate records.
