Job summary

Heritage Health Network (HHN) is seeking an Administrative Data Specialist to support Operations and Clinical teams with data entry, reporting, documentation, and data reconciliation. This role suits a detail-oriented professional comfortable working across healthcare systems and spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, operations, or healthcare support.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and Google Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintenance across eClinicalWorks (ECW), Google Workspace, reporting trackers, and dashboards.
• Review, validate, and reconcile clinical and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare datasets, track metrics, and identify data discrepancies for reporting and compliance needs.
• Maintain organized documentation and electronic files for audits and internal reporting.
• Assist with data cleanup, backlogs, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
• Support Care Operations and Outreach teams with data and administrative needs.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational data standards.
• Adapt to changing workflows and priorities in a growing healthcare environment.
