Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Client Integration Associate to own end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of file feeds that power eligibility, marketing, and reporting. You will work across Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate, timely data flows and reduced manual work.

You’ll partner with teams to automate workflows, improve reliability, and protect revenue while maintaining data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with data integrations in operational or customer-facing contexts (secure file exchange, data normalization, APIs, scheduling/monitoring).
• Tech-savvy with adaptability to multiple software systems and tools daily.
• Familiarity with file-based workflows, data mapping, configurations, test-file validation, and SOPs/runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and maintenance of file feeds.
• Manage inbound file operations for timely delivery and data integrity; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain organized file systems and documentation of providers, formats, schedules, and storage.
• Identify and resolve data/processing issues to maintain integrity and meet client expectations.
• Track and report KPIs (processing volumes, success rates, performance) to identify improvements.
