Job summary

MassHealth seeks a Program Specialist to support the Home Health, Hospice, CSN, and Therapy programs. You will coordinate provider enrollment, monitor compliance, analyze data, and assist with policy development under the leadership of the OLTSS team.

Qualifications include strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, experience in program administration, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangements may apply.

• Ability to write concisely and communicate clearly.
• Experience in program management or administration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of home health, hospice, CSN, and therapy programs.
• Engage providers, members, and advocates; educate providers; enroll and manage provider networks.
• Assist in program regulation, rate development, policy planning, and regulatory management.
• Review data, prepare reports, and propose changes to procedures and regulations.
