Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with elevated polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience; graduate degree with 0-2 years of related experience; or at least 6 years of related experience without a degree.
• Strong organizational, data-entry, document-control, and accuracy skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Bay, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage CDRLs and SDRLs and ensure contract deliverables are submitted accurately and on schedule
• Maintain delivery schedules and communicate requirements and deadlines to program-team members
• Review documentation for proper formatting, markings, contract authorization, and compliance
• Assign and track document-control numbers and other required identifiers
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications and track messages
• Maintain electronic folder structures and transfer data between networks and systems
• Perform file scanning, uploading, and media burning
• Enter information into configuration-management systems and correct inaccurate or incomplete records
• Support engineering and program-management activities as assigned
• Work occasional overtime or outside normal business hours when necessary to meet deadlines
