Responsibilities

• Documentation Formatting - ensure program docs follow internal standards and markings; apply control numbers as required.
• Data Handling and Transfer - manage all communications, log messages, maintain folders, and facilitate data transfer across networks and systems.
• Data Entry - input data into configuration management tools and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Overtime/after-hours availability as needed to meet deadlines.

Senior Associate, Program Data Management ( Full-time ) Palm Bay, FL - DK

• Palm Bay, FL

Essential Functions:

• CDRL/SDRL Management - Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time, complies with Contract Statements of Work, requirements, policies, procedures, plans, program schedules, and other technical documentation. Maintain the delivery schedule and coordinate with program team members to provide input and communicate deadlines
• Documentation Formatting - Ensure program documentation adheres to internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization. Ensure correct and complete markings on all documentation. Apply and track control numbers or other identifiers as required
• Data Handling and Transfer - Manage all communication (incoming and outgoing) with the customer, log and track messages, maintain folder structures, facilitate the transfer of data between different networks and systems, media burning, file scanning, and file uploading.
• Data Entry - Input data into configuration management tool systems, ensure complete and accurate records, facilitate the correction of any errors or missing data
• Other - Provide other functional support as assigned to assist the execution of various engineering and program management activities. Willing to work overtime and/or outside of normal business hours as needed to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
