Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years; In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio is preferred.
• Experience interpreting PDFs and utilizing database systems; experience with configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• CDRL/SDRL Management - ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time and in compliance with SOWs, requirements, plans and schedules.
• Documentation Formatting - ensure program docs follow internal standards and markings; apply control numbers as required.
• Data Handling and Transfer - manage all communications, log messages, maintain folders, and facilitate data transfer across networks and systems.
• Data Entry - input data into configuration management tools and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Overtime/after-hours availability as needed to meet deadlines.
