Job summary

Virginia Health Care Foundation in Richmond seeks a Program and Data Coordinator to support two behavioral health workforce programs and data-driven projects across the Foundation. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Workforce Development Programs, the coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations to grow Virginia's licensed behavioral health workforce and increase access to needed care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data management or program coordination within health, human services, or nonprofit settings.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (public health, health informatics, social work, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with large databases and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for program participants to support success in the program.
• Facilitate engagement across lifecycle stages: outreach, enrollment, participation, and licensure pathways.
• Support marketing efforts to promote programs and meet enrollment targets.
• Coordinate enrollment activities and onboarding for participants and supervisors.
• Monitor inquiries and escalate as needed; draft communications to participants and stakeholders.
