The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. seeks a Program Data and Systems Administrator to manage internal data processes and systems for the Public Guardianship Project.
The role focuses on data integrity, accurate data entry, and timely reporting to support client services and program operations. You will work with the Program Manager, staff, and technology resources to document systems, resolve issues, and ensure data is secure, current, and reliable for decision making and grant
The Program Data and Systems Administrator supports the Public Guardianship Project by managing program internal systems and related data processes. The position is responsible for maintaining data integrity, through accurate and timely data entry, reporting, system documentation, user support, and coordination of technical issues. Working closely with the Program Manager, program leadership, staff, and internal or external technology resources, the Program Data and Systems Administrator helps ensure that program information is secure, current, reliable, and readily available to support client services, operational decision-making, grant and contract requirements, and required reporting.
This role requires specialized computer work, strong organization, time management, sound judgment, analytical and critical thinking, discretion, and a practical, service-oriented approach to problem-solving that is detail-intensive.
Work schedule is as follows: generally, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional to regular evening, weekend, and/or holiday work, as needed to support clients effectively.
