Job summary

Tesla Laboratories, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Program/Data Analyst to support NAVFAC NW Design Technical Support. You will perform data analysis, KPI tracking, budget oversight, and develop project dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

The role coordinates with government clients, NAVFAC teams, and project stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget deliverables for design-build and design-bid-build projects, with a focus on financial management and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
• Experience supporting DoD/NAVFAC or federal programs is a plus.
• Ability to create and present dashboards and reports to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to track KPIs and financial metrics.
• Create project dashboards using Power BI, Project, and Excel.
• Coordinate with government clients and NAVFAC teams to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and briefings for stakeholders.
