SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Program Data Analyst to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. You will provide program, financial, and data analytics support for construction and engineering projects, focusing on performance metrics, budget execution, and project reporting.

The role involves developing dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Project, tracking KPIs, assisting with schedule, cost, and performance reporting, and preparing briefs for management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial management experience related to the tasks identified in the PWS.
• Demonstrated experience performing data analytics and tracking KPIs.
• Experience analyzing financial metrics for construction and engineering-related projects.
• Experience with budget tracking, execution metrics, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI, Project, and Excel is highly applicable to the work.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis supporting construction and engineering programs and projects.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial performance metrics.
• Support budget tracking and execution and prepare metric presentations for management.
• Develop technical dashboards and reports using Power BI, Project, and Excel.
• Support project schedule, cost, and performance reporting.
• Prepare written reports, briefings, and presentations for project teams and management.
