Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) seeks a Program Data Analyst to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. You will provide program, financial, and data analytics support for construction and engineering projects, focusing on performance metrics, budget execution, and project reporting.

You will develop technical dashboards and reports using Power BI, Project, and Excel; assist with project schedule, cost, and performance reporting; and prepare management briefs and presentations

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' financial management experience related to the tasks.
• Experience with data analytics and KPI tracking.
• Experience analyzing financial metrics for construction/engineering projects.
• Experience with budget tracking, execution metrics, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI, Project, and Excel are highly applicable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking a Program Data Analyst to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest (NAVFAC Northwest), Planning Design and Construction Directorate, Design Division (PDC4) in Silverdale, WA.

The Program Data Analyst will provide program, financial, and data analytics support for NAVFAC construction and engineering projects, with an emphasis on performance metrics, budget execution, and project reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Perform data analysis supporting construction and engineering programs and projects.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial performance metrics.
• Support budget tracking and execution and prepare metric presentations for management.
• Develop technical dashboards and reports using Microsoft applications such as Power BI, Project, and Excel.
• Support project schedule, cost, and performance reporting.
• Prepare written reports, briefings, and presentations for project teams and management.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience related to the tasks identified in the PWS.
• Demonstrated experience performing data analytics and tracking KPIs.
• Experience analyzing financial metrics for construction and engineering-related projects.
• Experience with budget tracking, execution metrics, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI, Project, and Excel is highly applicable to the work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully complete required background and security screening.
• Minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience in a field related to the required tasks.
• Demonstrated experience preparing correspondence, written reports, data products, and management briefings.
