Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program and Customer Rep in the Lexington, KY area. The role is full-time onsite at our Bluegrass Station facility, performing program and logistical duties and developing positive customer relations.

You will coordinate with various functions to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and manage the flow of goods and information from origin through customer placement to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Logistics experience required.
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizations skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of a government supply system.
• Final SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating directly with customers on the complete life cycle of sensitive Repair & Return items.
• Accountable for accurate counts on sensitive item Repair & Return inventory.
• Execute the issuance of government contract equipment to supported customers as directed by taskings.
• Coordinate directly with internal and external customers to execute requirements and resolve issues.
