Job summary

Bodycote in Hebron, Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Representative to review purchase orders, manage shipment issues, and maintain daily status updates in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.

You will coordinate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while maintaining documentation, specimen quality, and proper lab folders for job execution.

Qualifications

• This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
• Demonstrated organization and documentation skills.
• Working experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review POs and manage shipment issues.
• Maintain daily job status updates and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure specimen quality and proper lab folders are included with jobs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to meet customer specifications.
• Identify discrepancies in POs and communicate with customers or internal contacts to resolve them.
• Assist Shipping/Receiving as needed and act as backup to ensure volume is covered.
