Qualifications

• Counselor I must be registered with an approved organization and obtain AOD certification within five years.
• Minimum of one year experience in counseling, mentoring, or teaching experience with offenders.
• Certification in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face rehabilitative programming services.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment for participants.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
