Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years professional work experience or Master's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years professional work experience or Master's Degree and 3+ years.
• MS Excel and MS Office experience required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial/accounting work.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Analyze and report to ensure contracts stay within parameters.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Develop program plans ensuring WBS and requirements are captured.
• Track funding availability and project expenditures and projections.
• Incorporate contractual changes into control systems and baselines.
• Perform monthly financial reporting/forecasting and quarterly EACs.
• Improve financial reporting processes for efficiencies.
