You will build budgets, manage EV data, and ensure cost/schedule integration within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience developing quarterly EACs.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Experience with DoD Accounting and program controls.
• Existing Secret or Top Secret level clearance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.).
• Program Controls experience.
• Experience with SAP APEX, forProject Financial tool, and PMX Financial tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly EACs and project ETC/EAC projections.
• Submit external CDRL reports including IPMDAR.
• Assist with user manuals and instructions for financial tools and CDRL reporting.
• Develop program financials with time-phased budgets and EV data reporting.
• Budgeting, cost control, variance analysis and financial support.
• Balance sheet coordination: unbilled, AR/CFRs and closeouts.
