Qualifications

• Requires University Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience developing quarterly EACs and EVMS, and DoD accounting and program controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly EACs and projections of ETC, EAC and LRE data.
• Prepare external CDRL reports, including IPMDAR.
• Assist with manuals for financial tools and CDRL reporting.
• Develop program financials including time‑phased budgets and EV data compliance.
• Support budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and internal/external reporting.
