Dallas College is seeking a Programs Coordinator to design, deliver, and grow continuing education and non-credit programs. You will collaborate with students, instructors, employers, and partners to create high-quality offerings that meet workforce needs and advance student success.

The role supports program development, curriculum planning, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement while coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in program development, continuing education and workforce development.
• Knowledge of district policies and procedures.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, evaluates, and develops continuing education or workforce courses and programs.
• Interacts daily with students and serves as liaison between the college, community, company, and sponsor personnel.
• Reviews and participates in the development of the class schedule.
• Analyzes, observes, and evaluates training effectiveness and enrollment.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and monitors budgets assigned.
