Job summary

The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Coordinator, Entrepreneurship Education & Programs to manage day-to-day operations of Philadelphia-based programs. You will coordinate student and alumni engagement, track budgets, and support program marketing and reporting efforts.

Hybrid-eligible role requiring strong organization, communication, and data management skills; you will work with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure high-quality educational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in higher education or nonprofit.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs and manage deadlines.
• Experience coordinating partnerships with students, alumni, faculty, and external partners.
• Experience marketing communications and audience engagement.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of assigned educational programs.
• Develop annual work plans and timelines aligned with goals.
• Coordinate student and stakeholder engagement and supervise student leadership.
• Maintain CRM data, budget tracking, and donor stewardship reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT and other partners.
• Support portfolio-wide reporting and data management.
