Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) seeks a Program Coordinator, Teacher Leadership, to support administration, operations, data management, and program logistics for Teachers Lead Chicago’s formal teacher leadership roles. This role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure transparent monitoring, accurate data tracking, timely compensation, and aligned communications.

This is a full-time, exempt position paid on a salary basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of three years professional work experience required.
• Experience in large urban district context preferred; marketing/communications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program communications, including TLC inbox and monthly updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate professional development logistics for TLC Teacher Leaders and ISBE credit hours.
• Maintain data tracking systems and dashboards used by the TLC team.
• Calculate, verify, and monitor TLC Teacher Leader stipend payments with CPS Payroll.
• Facilitate centralized teacher leader applications, scoring, and survey feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with the Teacher Development Specialist team and school leaders to align messaging.
