Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise staff across designated homes and oversee service delivery. The role supports administrative staff in determining training needs for employees and coordinating care plans.

The position requires coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance with policies, and assisting in the development and monitoring of individual plans of care while working with families and staff to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience in serving individuals with disabilities, or four years of supervisory experience in related fields.
• Experience supervising staff, budget monitoring, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory guidelines.
• Solid understanding of Medicaid guidelines as they relate to programming and services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and schedule shifts.
• Document and monitor staff performance and provide disciplinary action as needed.
• Coordinate individuals served and their families to implement plans of care.
• Assist in developing, preparing, and monitoring plans of care for individuals served.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Ensure policies and regulations are followed and maintain documentation.
• Support training needs and track staff training.
