Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for inquiries about programs and events, handling policies, registration, and involvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate communications for programs and events, draft templates, and issue reminders to volunteers.
  • Use project management software to maintain data, troubleshoot issues, and track deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including reimbursements, budget reports, and interoffice fund transfers.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registration processing, customer service, and on-site support.
  • Provide travel support for staff and alumni volunteers/speakers, including venue research and reservations.
  • Maintain event webpages and broadcast email communications; post on social channels.
  • Update alumni database and export data reports to support staff and volunteers.
